We charge a consultation fee for custom PC planning, upgrade guidance, hardware selection, compatibility review, and project development. Properly designing a system requires time, research, and technical expertise to ensure the best outcome for the client. Consultation fees are credited toward qualifying ApexAlpha Labs build projects if the client proceeds with services through ApexAlpha Labs.

Our prebuilt PCs come standard with a limited warranty to be free of defect or premature failure. BYOP commissions are warrantied for labor only.
Our modded systems and loops are warrantied for 1 year, while standard builds are also covered for 1 year from date of purchase/deployment. See a general list HERE.
We build for enthusiasts & having upgradable parts is a must! Just make sure to register your new components warranty with the manufacturer & be careful with installation- as our warranty does not cover user induced damage or improper configuration.
We can make changes to an order with an up-charge for higher level parts and custom add-ons.
We cannot warranty systems that have been damaged from improper self-upgrading (DIY) or overclocking components.

All returned systems are meticulously inspected & part serial numbers cross-referenced before issuing a refund.
Dust, dirt, bugs, abuse, neglect, parts damage & environmental situations inject too many risk factors for ApexAlpha Labs to confidently re-use or sell parts.
No, we do not accept trades of any kind.
We never install anything beyond essential drivers, system files, RGB software and benchmark/system information monitor apps for you to use.
