As a systems integrator, ApexAlpha Labs specializes in customized PC builds, upgrades to stable/functional systems, themed systems, and related fabrication services.
ApexAlpha Labs is not a general repair service provider.
We do not provide general computer repair, malware removal, recovery, or repair services for laptops, cell phones, tablets, game consoles, HDDs, SSDs, self-built desktop systems, partially assembled desktop systems, or systems with accidental, negligent, or disaster-related damage.

ApexAlpha Labs is a custom PC build and upgrade service, not a general computer repair or managed IT provider. Our services focus on custom computer systems, audio system integration, hardware installations, and performance upgrades.
To ensure we maintain the highest level of service for our clients, we provide repair and warranty support for systems purchased from ApexAlpha Labs by existing customers.
We charge a consultation fee for custom PC planning, upgrade guidance, hardware selection, compatibility review, and project development. Properly designing a system requires time, research, and technical expertise to ensure the best outcome for the client. Consultation fees are 100% credited toward qualifying ApexAlpha Labs build projects if the client proceeds with services through ApexAlpha Labs.
All essential drivers and software is loaded & configured! All you need to do plug it in, power it on & install your programs, games & link any cloud accounts to your new PC.
Yes!
Our prebuilt PCs come standard with a limited warranty to be free of defect or premature failure. BYOP commissions are warrantied for labor only.
Our modded systems and loops are warrantied for 6 months, while standard builds are covered for 1 year from date of purchase/deployment. See a general list HERE.
We build for enthusiasts & having upgradable parts is a must! Just make sure to register your new components warranty with the manufacturer & be careful with installation- as our warranty does not cover user induced damage or improper configuration.
We can make changes to an order with an up-charge for higher level parts and custom add-ons.
We cannot warranty systems that have been damaged from improper self-upgrading (DIY) or overclocking components.
Under the following conditions:
- If its still sealed, unused & returned in its box- a full refund will be issued- minus a 30% restocking fee- for all unopened & unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
- If opened, used or 7 days post sale: we will not accept a return. No Exceptions.
All returned systems are meticulously inspected & part serial numbers cross-referenced before issuing a refund.
Dust, dirt, bugs, abuse, neglect, parts damage & environmental situations inject too many risk factors for ApexAlpha Labs to confidently re-use or sell parts.
No, we do not accept trades of any kind.
We never install anything beyond essential drivers, system files, RGB software and benchmark/system information monitor apps for you to use.
In addition to built-in firewalls and system protection (Windows Defender) we do install malwarebytes browserguard (free) and a trial suite for malwarebytes total protection. You are free to uninstall or install your own anti-malware suite if you desire.
