Nope! All essential drivers and software is loaded & configured! All you need to do is install your programs and link any cloud accounts to your new PC. 

Yes! 

Our prebuilt PCs come standard with a limited warranty to be free of defect or premature failure. BYOP commissions are warrantied for labor only. 

Our modded systems and loops are warrantied for 1 year, while standard builds are also covered for 1 year from date of purchase/deployment. See a general list HERE.

Of course! We build for enthusiasts and, having up-gradable parts is a must!

We sure can! We can make special arraignments with an up-charge for higher level parts and add-ons.

We cannot warranty systems that have been damaged from improper self-upgrading (DIY) or overclocking components.

Under the following conditions:

• If its still sealed, unused & returned in its box
• A full refund will be issued if returned within 30 days of purchase
• A 30% restocking fee applies to all unopened & unused merchandise 
• If opened or used, we don't accept returns

All returned systems are meticulously inspected before issuing a refund.

Use, dust, dirt, bugs, abuse, neglect, parts damage & environmental situations inject too many factors for ApexAlpha Labs to re-use or sell in another build or sell on its own.

No, we do not accept trades of any kind.

Yuck! We never install garbage anti-virus suites or trial/subscription software packages.
